Listing Integrity
Agency owners must provide accurate descriptions, real service capabilities, and verified founder information. Fraudulent details will result in immediate bans.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any brand assets, logos, and case studies you upload. You grant AgencyOra the license to display them publicly in the directory.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the AgencyOra directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the platform.
2. Registration and Directory Listings
To list or claim an agency on AgencyOra, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to review, edit, moderate, or reject any agency listing submission or claim at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
3. User-Generated Content Rules
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use and authorize the publication of any content you upload, including agency logos, taglines, descriptions, and URLs.
You agree NOT to post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party trademarks.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AgencyOra compiles public information and user-submitted data about service agencies. We do not guarantee project outcomes, financial records, or work quality. The directory is provided "as is" and "as available".
AgencyOra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from contracts or partnerships formed with agencies listed on the platform.
