Al Rafay Consulting

Al Rafay Consulting (ARC) is an AI-powered Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering enterprise SharePoint consulting services from offices in the Chicago area and Karachi. For more than 12 years, ARC has helped organizations plan, build, migrate, secure and support SharePoint environments that employees actually use.

Our SharePoint consulting services cover the full lifecycle. We design and build modern SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server intranets, document management systems and team and communication sites. Our SharePoint migration practice moves content, permissions and workflows from on-premises SharePoint, file shares or legacy platforms to SharePoint Online in validated waves. Our developers build custom SharePoint solutions with SPFx, React, TypeScript and the Power Platform, and our consultants add workflow automation, e-signature and approval flows, SharePoint branding and design, B2B integration, mobile app development, Microsoft Syntex and Copilot Studio AI agents. After launch, SLA-backed managed support keeps your environment secure and continuously improving.

As a 3x Microsoft Solutions Partner with Microsoft Certified architects, an Inc. 5000 ranking and a 100% client retention rate, ARC brings deep SharePoint expertise to Real Estate, Student Housing, Performing Arts and Nonprofit organizations. Our work includes an enterprise document management system governing more than 700,000 documents for a public REIT.

Beyond SharePoint, ARC delivers Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric and business intelligence solutions. Start with a free SharePoint architecture review and get a clear, practical roadmap from a Microsoft Certified architect.
